About Us
We're nestled in the Blue Mountains just outside of Lithgow in the NSW Central Tablelands. Our family owned and operated business delivers regeneratively farmed beef and produce through farmers markets and direct sales.
We pride ourselves on our paddock finished beef, straight from the farm to you.

You can order direct or come sample our wares at the Blackheath Farmers market on the second Sunday February through to December.
​
We also offer a range of farm experiences and workshops to give children and adults an understanding of their food chains and the developing regenerative agriculture space.

In todays fast paced world of tablets and technology kids have less opportunity than ever to connect with natural environment. Building evironmental fluency and awareness in our future generations must be one of our most important goals.

Informed by 15 years of performance and environmental education experience Southleigh Farm delights in the design and delivery of workshops and resources to this end.
More Sustainable Produce
Partnering with Local Businesses
We are comitted to producing high quality produce for our local community. We provide free range beef, seasonal fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices by direct sale and local markets.
As the system develops we are branching out into more intensive production and are keen to work closely with local businesses to deliver a closed loop service from paddock to plate.
​We also repurpose local waste streams to achieve high end recycling through industrial ecology.
